Services
Nopeus provides AI automation, chatbot, AI agent, internal assistant, and custom AI system delivery support. Prototypes are starting points and may require review, refinement, integration, and implementation work before production use.
Your responsibilities
By using the service, you agree to provide accurate project information and not submit content that violates third-party rights or applicable law. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated outputs before deploying them in production environments.
Intellectual property
Custom AI systems, workflows, and integrations built for your project are owned by you upon full payment. Nopeus retains the right to use general techniques, methodologies, and non-confidential learnings in future work.
Payment terms
Payment terms, schedules, and invoicing are agreed upon per project. Billing, account access, and project management may be handled through the v1 app at v1.nopeus.xyz.
Limitation of liability
AI systems involve probabilistic outputs. Nopeus is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content. We build practical systems with human oversight by design, but final business decisions remain your responsibility.
Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Work completed up to the point of termination will be invoiced and delivered.
